Fraud Notify is a simple way to help protect users from becoming victims of property fraud. Register your name to receive an email when a document containing your registered name is recorded. This system can provide early warnings of potentially fraudulent activity.
Upon receiving an alert, users will need to review the documents in person at the clerk's office 904 Broadway Room 207 Lubbock, TX or purchase a copy.
To update your alerts or unsubscribe, enter the email address you used to register.
Once users have signed up, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided.
